Leasing Fees
- -Professional Photography + Online Marketing Distributing to over 30 + websites generating tons of traffic! We excel in keeping you informed on how your property is performing by providing updates to you every Tuesday and Thursday to make sure you are informed of the progress.
- -Tenant Screening
- Move in Inspection (you will receive a 70 page report + pictures and reporting on your property)
- Lease Execution (Air tight lawyer approved lease with over 20 years of added in experience, you will also have the opportunity to add to our lease if your home is in need of additional stipulations)
- Renter's Insurance (We require all our resident's to have Renter's Insurance)
- Utility Transfer (We require our resident's to transfer the utilities into their name by the lease start date)
- Comparative Market Analysis (we will run an analysis for your property to assist in determining value)
